I opened and published in SL3 and could not replicate the issue. The submit button shows in the lower right corner of each quiz question. If you select "review quiz results", the submit button does disappear in that it lets you select next/prev to review the responses for each question.
Did you have this issue viewing locally on your PC or in an LMS?
FYI: on Quiz ? 1, I noticed that you have 2 "submit quiz" triggers and a "jump to next slide" trigger. When the user selects either t or f, it goes to the next slide, but bi-passes the feedback layers. Not sure if that's what you intended or not. If not, then remove the additional submit trigger and the jump to next trigger, so the use can see the feedback for correct or incorrect.
Hm, I published your project and I do see a submit button (the little checkmark symbol in the lower right corner) on each question slide. See here a quick test.
