That trigger is likely associated with whatever question/interaction is on slide - if the interaction has been changed or removed, you might see it read "unassigned" and you could either delete the trigger to remove it entirely or use the edit trigger button to chose which interaction it belongs too.
There are 4 objects on the slide. When one is selected, the submit button returns a "correct" layer. When any of the other 3 are selected, a "incorrect" layer is shown. I need to edit that. Say, for example, a different object is the correct one and the submit button needs to know that.

I don't need to edit the trigger. I need to edit the interaction. How do I do that?

Hi Kris,
Are you in Storyline 1 or Storyline 2?
Storyline 1 will have a button on the top right of the trigger panel to Edit Question as described here.
Storyline 2 will allow you to toggle to Form View where you can change the question, answer choices, correct/incorrect, etc.
Hope that helps!
Bingo. Form view did it for me in Storyline 2. Thanks!
Happy to hear it Kris - thanks for the update.
