If you do exercise NOT CORRECTLY, there is the necessary form . And if you do the exercise CORRECTLY , then immediately goes to the next slide. A must also appear necessary form . Why it does not appear and immediately turned on the next slide.
Do you have the feedback set up in the form view for the correct layer? It's hard to follow with the language barrier. If you could share your .story file, we could take a look as well.

I was unable to replicate by utilizing the built in layers if populated in Form View, so I'm not quite sure what is happening or if you've simply created custom layers. I've opened a case on your behalf so that our support team can dive a bit deeper than I am able and you should be hearing from someone soon. I will be following along as well.
