Thanks for your response but this is not the solution of the my problem. I want submit button disable first until the user drag any answer after drag the answer then the submit button will be highlighted.
Thanks for sharing your file here, and I see that you've got the button set to disabled initially but no trigger to change it to a state of normal. Since this drag and drop does not have "states" associated with the items, you'll need to look at changing the state with something such as a timeline event (when the timeline ends, or reaches a particular cue point). Then the user would be able to click submit once that trigger is executed.
