I want to build a form with text entry, drop down selections, and check boxes on a single slide. This form needs to be submitted and able to be manually reviewed. I'm working with Storyline 3 and we publish to Cornerstone. I know how to create the form and the individual components on a slide, but I don't know how to ensure it will be submitted for review.

Thanks for reaching out! Only one text-entry interaction can be graded per slide, so attempting to incorporate other interactions in the same slide will not be submitted with the built-in functionality.
I have seen creative ways on how to simulate multiple questions on a slide. Perhaps you might find some inspiration in these discussions!
