Submitting results only once after reviewing results - Issue

Hi Guys,

Wondering if anyone could help me out?

So for some reason anytime one of my learners completes a quiz, reviews their answers then returns to the results slide my LMS seems to be recording this as an additional quiz attempt which isn't ideal from a recording stand point.

The only thing I can think of is when the user is returned to the results slide after reviewing their answers the "Submit Results" trigger sends new information each time, which the LMS records as an additional attempt (This is my best guess but I could be completely wrong).

I'm not sure if a need to add conditions to the "Submit Results" trigger on the review slide, and if that's the case I wouldn't even know where to begin as triggers are certainly not my forte.

I guess it could be an issue with my LMS although I am pretty sure it lies with my course.

Anyway, has anyone else had this issue before or could help out at all? It would be greatly appreciated.
