submitting scores

Dec 22, 2016

HI all, I'm using SL2, and I've got a problem I'm hoping I can firstly explain properly, and secondly, get an answer for!

I've got a lesson which is split into 3 shorter sections. Each part has two questions at the end, and I have a single final results slide that collects the scores from all six questions.

At the beginning, I have a screen with buttons for the users to click to go to each section in turn.

What I would like is to be able to change the colour of these buttons from red to green to show that they have successfully completed that section, and can go on to the next.

Not being a very logical teddy, I'm struggling with how to go about this.. I was thinking that if I could create a variable for each section, and adjust the count by one for each correct answer, I could change the state of the button when the variable is 2. Makes sense to me, but I don't know how to change the variable if the user gets a question right...

Could anyone help?

Thanks,

Paul :-)
