My first thought was to suggest setting up your quiz to submit all at once, which would allow users to skip questions. However, those questions would still be counted in the overall total.
A few other folks in the community have asked questions similar to yours. You might find a creative workaround in this forum thread, or this one.
Alyssa is correct that all questions will need to be tracked by your results slide if you want those to be included in the final score. So this does mean that if the users skips one or doesn't ever see it, they'll still be scored negatively against that question.
I'd look at the two forum discussions she linked to as other ideas/workarounds and hopefully others in the community can share their expertise for what they've done too.
