Success and failure pop ups

Hi,
I really don't like the colour scheme for the pop up text boxes that Storyline generates when you utilise a quizzing slide and the system auto generates a correct or incorrect layer. I want the background of the pop-up box in the middle of the screen below to be blue and not grey.
I have gone in to the player and tried to change the window>bg colour etc to no effect. In the past I have just pasted over the top and created my own pop up box and buttons. Surely I am missing something really obvious here.
Please note, I have no issues in regarding to changing the text just the colour of the box.

You can change the feedback modal box by going into your Feedback Masters. Here's a general article that talks about the options you have for customizing feedback screens.
