I have a problem when playing the content in SSFF from the mobile and the tablet. It seems that it does not maintain the responsive format, I have put in the configuration that opens only horizontally and when I upload it to ssff it does not maintain the responsive format and it opens vertically and horizontally. Someone with the same problem with tablets and phones to visualize content?

It often helps to test the content in another environment to compare how it behaves there. SCORM Cloud is a handy tool for this kind of testing (and it's free!).
