Has anyone had issues with SuccessFactors not opening an eLearning course produced in Articulate? We used 360 for this course and the client says it is not executing. However this is not the first client who has had issues with Articulate and SF.
I personally don't have experience using SuccessFactors, but you may want to look at testing it in another environment such as SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for LMS testing. You can review the directions here to help you go through that testing.
If your course works properly at SCORM Cloud, I would open a support case with SuccessFactors to troubleshoot the issue. They’ll know how best to help with LMS-specific problems.
Not quite sure if we encountered the same issue with Success Factor LMS. I was able to resolve mine by publishing our SL360 course with Flash only format (Flash with HTML5 fallback might also work).
