Hi - I've created a course in Storyline 2 and uploaded into SuccessFactors using AICC, requesting that the course prompts to resume. The course keeps starting back at the beginning and doesn't resume, I have tried various settings (with and without the with LMS ignore flash tick box) . Any tips?
The course is set to play automatically and the menu is restricted, and there is an embedded video (I don't expect it to track through the video but at least to start back at the video and not back to beginning of the course)

I also have SuccessFactors - we used this solution for a while, however it stopped working for us recently.
Hi, Helen - Are you able to upload and test your published output in the SCORM Cloud, as it is the industry standard for LMS testing? Also, you may want to check out these articles on troubleshooting LMS issues:

We've tried the relay.php/course.au solution, but it is not working for us. Any suggestions?

This thread is a bit older, but if the course isn't working in your LMS as expected but did work at a site such as SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for LMS testing, you'll want to reach out to your LMS team for additional assistance.
