SuccessFactors LMS and the Retry Quiz option

Hi!

Our company is testing SuccessFactors as a possible option for the LMS. While testing we noticed that if learners retake the quiz - without exiting the course - by using the Retake Quiz button, their later attempts are not recorded by the LMS. Only the first attempt is recorded. Have others observed this, and what is the workaround? We have over hundreds of courses, so looking for practical ways to deal with the situation.

Sorry to hear that you're running into an issue with this. 

Are you able to replicate this behavior in SCORM Cloud or is it limited to your LMS?

If just within your own LMS, hopefully someone in the community will be able to chime in and assist you here.

If you can replicate it, please be sure to share the .story file so that we can take a look.

Hello, just wondering if anyone from the community was able to help with this?  I am having a similar issue with Taleo Learn: the score is reported to the LMS accurately (as evidenced by the Passed/Failed status of the module), and the 1st attempt score is accurately reported by the LMS.  However, if the "Retry Quiz" button is clicked, the LMS reports a score of 100% indefinitely.  The LMS is apparently RECEIVING the correct scoring information (because the Pass/Fail status changes appropriately based on the most recent score), but the score is always reported as 100%.  Hoping someone in the community is familiar with TALEO Learn and has found a fix for this, since the error does NOT occur in SCORM Cloud (i.e. scores are accurately reported/updated alongside accurate course-status).  (I'll post this as a separate discussion thread, too, in case someone else searches for a similar issue.)
