When I upload my Storyline 360 course to the SuccessFactors mobile app I get a blank video player at the start of the course which I then need to close before I can see/access the first slide of my course.
This only occurs when SuccessFactors app detects audio or video.
How does the course behave outside the app? Have you tried testing it with mobile Chrome or mobile Safari?
It often helps to test the content in another environment to compare how it behaves there. SCORM Cloud is a handy tool for this kind of testing (and it's free!).

Hi Tim,
To get this working in SuccessFactors, we used a web object and added a youtube embed code. We then published the file in HTML5 format.
