Sucess Factors LMS issues!!

We have Articulate Storyline 2 courses with published settings that were given to us to use in a Success Factor LMS.

The client has launched the courseware and people are having "intermittent " issues of the LMS not recorded results.

The vast majority of users have successfully completed the courseware, however the issue dips in and with the system not recording a result on the users' first attempt.

We have tested this courseware in Scorm Cloud and everything works correctly.  Anyone know of any reason why the LMS will not record the result?

I have tried multiple suggestions from other forums and nothing has helped!

Hi, Amy -- I see that you asked a similar question here, so I wanted to link the threads for anyone who is following along. And as you have already uploaded and tested your published output in the SCORM Cloud, and it's functioning properly for you there, the next step we recommend is to contact your LMS provider directly. 

Please feel free to update the thread with your findings for anyone else who may be using the same LMS provider if you have a moment!
