Sumtotal bookmark and Completion on working for AICC course

I'd first recommend reviewing the article here on troubleshooting common LMS issues for reporting and tracking. Specifically you may want to look at testing the course at SCORM Cloud , which is an industry standard for testing SCORM Content, to see if the course behaves as expected there. You'll also want to check what you set up for your resume behavior, and if your LMS will track it using Flash cookies instead of relying on Storyline. 

Thanks for the reply. The course is an AICC course. It is working fine in Desktop but not working in ipad.

Ashley is out of the office this week for vacation. I stopped by to see if you could share a little more information regarding this issue. 

It looks like we are investigating an issue related to AICC content that's being tracked by "number of slides viewed" and published for HTML5. Can you either share your .story file here, or confirm if you're using the options mentioned?

Hi Christine,

Course completion is based on "number of slides viewed". We are uploading the course in Sumtotal LMS. The desktop version in the LMS is working fine. whereas its not working in ipad (bookmark and completion issue). As per our policy I am not supposed to share the story file. Any tweaking needs to be done for the course to work in Sumtotal LMS?
