SumTotal Launching Issue

I created a course in Articulate Storyline and published it.  I tested it in the SCORM Cloud, and it works beautifully.
 

I uploaded my SCORM 1.2 course created in Articulate Storyline into  SumTotal 2014.3.  (Uploads successfully. I used the Storyline generated ID) I initially get a notification indicating that the file does not exist or has been moved.  The next day I get a totally blue/black screen. (Does not launch the course)
 

Is this a case where the LMS is not pointing to the correct file?
 

How do I ensure that the LMS is pointing to the correct index file if this is the case?

Hi there, Carol. Since your course plays successfully in SCORM Cloud, I'd start looking at SumTotal's environment. Do they offer you support? You can let them know that it launched successfully in SCORM Cloud and even uploaded without an issue into your SumTotal account. They may be able to identify why that course isn't launching from their platform.
