I am using a dial in storyline 3. It works on desktop but has stopped working on surface pro. Not sure why? Also cursor disappears if I preview on surface pro. I have to keep shutting down software and starting it up again.
Sorry for the trouble, Irene. Happy to help investigate both issues!
Re: the dial: We discovered an issue where the entire screen moves when trying to interact with a slider on a Surface Pro. Does this description match what you see in your file?
Re: the disappearing cursor: Yikes! Would you mind sharing your .story file so we can try to replicate the behavior on a Surface Pro? If that works for you, here's where you can share the file privately with our Support Team. They'll let you know what they find, and will delete it after troubleshooting.
Thanks for this extra information and for the opportunity to test your file. I see my teammate, Christopher, checked it and asked some follow-up troubleshooting questions.
I'll follow the case along to keep this discussion updated with any new information!

Hi
Re the dial, no the dial just stays stationary... it looses its interaction ability.
Re the cursor and dial, I have shared the file privately with your support team. Thanks so much for your help!
