Hi all I am new to the world of e-learning and Storyline so hope you can help me.
I want to change my company’s customer satisfaction survey from paper to electronic.
In the survey the customer rates their satisfaction to given scenarios/ questions from 0 to 4.
I would like to know if I can create something like this with storyline and if it is possible how I would distribute the survey (e-mail?) and receive the results there of.
You could look at using a Likert style question which is under the survey options when you go to add a question.
You'll need to have a place to host your content such as a web server or LMS, and the latter is preferable in terms of tracking and gathering responses. If you need LMS recommendations or non-LMS ideas for tracking data and pulling reports, I'll defer to the community as it's outside the realm of our support.
