Survey Help

I would like to prompt the users of my Storyline to take a survey upon exiting. The Storyline is setup as an informational guide so the user may not go through the entire guide. I want them to be prompted whenever they have finished and close the guide. Is this possible? Also, what do you recommend I create the survey in? I have access to Survey Monkey if that is simplest or I also have QuizMaker. I would rather not receive an email every time someone uses survey and then have to compile all of that info into a spreadsheet myself but if that is the only option then I will take it!
