Survey Like Scale and Short Answer

Hi,

 I have attached an extract of a survey I  am trying to create this is to be part of a display screen course.

I want the candidate to only be shown the short answer survey question if they answer unacceptable to any of the survey like scale questions on the previous slide.

When survey like scale slide is completed it autmoatically progressess to the short answer survey slide after pressing submit and text must be entered. I know there must be a solution but i cant seem to solve it wth variables.
