Survey question mixing "Pick many" and multiple "Short answers"

It looks like the page that Nadege linked to is no longer active - you may want to PM her and see if she's able to share an example file with you on how she set it up, as I'm not sure if as I'm not certain Nadege is subscribed to this thread.

I would also like to use the survey quiz tool for multiple response. I can't see how you indicate which answers are right and which are wrong. 

The survey quiz for one question seems very straight forward but the multiple response quiz does not.

I'd really appreciate any help.

Hi Sally! This thread is a bit dated. Can you share a bit more about what you are looking for? You mention survey, but want right and wrong choices - which indicates a graded question type. Also, what software are you utilizing? This is a Storyline thread, but just wanted to verify since there was a Quizmaker question above as well.
