Survey results to LMS via Tin Can

I have a lesson that I added the attached survey questions.  The lesson is reporting data to the LMS and is working fine.  I wanted to add these survey questions.  I followed the instructions about variables but there isn't much in the way of instructions about the fields and how to use them with survey questions.  Have I used them correctly? The lack of documentation is amazing for such an important feature.

Hi Todd,

I tested your course by uploading it to SCORM Cloud, which is a standard for LMS testing and you can view it here.  

The course is tracking all the text entries as they are a part of the Survey results slide being tracked. I went through and answered those and found my answers included in the Tin Can API experience statements - you can see the highlighted answers here (yellow highlight boxes): 

You don't need to use the method on tracking a variable, as that would be for a stand alone text entry. You may want to take a look at the information here on Tin Can API and also feel free to test your course at SCORM Cloud. It's free, and this article will help you get started.
