Our company updated our branded powerpoint template and now I need to change the underlying template of my existing course. And it went from 4:3 to 16:9 aspect ratio. What is the best way to do this in Articulate Storyline 3 without starting over?
If you go from 4;3 to 16:9 the slide is going to get wider. You have options to scale it or fit. I'd play around with what works best with your slides. But you will probably have to realign things.
I'd probably build out a 16:9 template in Storyline to match your new brand.
Then I'd convert the old slides to 16:9 and clean up the movement on them
Then paste those slides into the new template
Once they're in the new template, you 'll want to apply layouts and themes to the old slides. So you want to have comparable layouts.
