I have a short 15 second introduction that was done in flash where I edited the .fla file in CS4 on my Mac. In CS4 animations play at what I consider normal speed. I even publish the .swf file and review it and it looks fine. But as soon as I import it into Storyline it will play but the animations are moving at twice the speed as when previewed.
Does anyone know if this can be resolved in Flash or in Storyline?

Storyline's frame rate is 30fps (see here: http://www.articulate.com/support/storyline/flash-movie-best-practices-311). Is it possible that your Flash file was published in a higher frame rate?
After changing the frame rate in Captivate it played perfectly. Can you change the frame rate in SL?
Michael,
Original developer decided on 12FPS. Which in CS4 plays perfectly. Isn't there any way of cutting the frame rate in SL to say around 15?
You can't change the frame rate in Storyline. I would republish the .fla file at 30fps in Flash and then import that file into Storyline.
Not that simple, but it was the only solution. I had to go into CS4 and stretch animations, symbols, etc. Thanks Michael.
