Hi there, Marc!  If you're using Storyline 360, the Preview function now renders in HTML5.  That means that SWF files will not be available during Preview.  The good news is, you can publish (even just a single slide) your course to Articulate 360 for a quick look at how your course will behave.  Make sure you set your publishing options to include Flash output.

I hope that helps!

Hi Marci,

Could we get a copy of your .story file (even just that one slide with the SWF)? We'd be happy to give it a test, and we'll also try it out at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for LMS Testing. You’ll want to upload the .story file here (which is the file prior to publishing) using the “ADD ATTACHMENT” button at the bottom of the forums reply window. If you’d prefer to not share in the public forums you’re always welcome to share with our Support Engineers here. They’re available 24/7 to assist!
