Synch video w/multiple text boxes controlled by buttons

Hi! I’m very new to Storyline and love it thus far.

I’m creating a language education screen. My situation:

I have a video. I need multiple text boxes to display written text that is synched to that spoken video. BUT, I only want the text boxes displayed if the learner clicks on a button.

How should I set this up so that everything is synched and only displayed if the learner clicks a button? Is it possible to be sure that the text boxes will always be synched with the video no matter when the learner clicks on a button (i.e. part way into the video)?
