You cannot directly insert a sound file into an object state. However, you can either synch object state changes with audio files that are staggered on the timeline OR use triggers to change an object's state, which in turn plays a specific audio file based on the current state. See attached a quick example for the latter. This example has three buttons that are used to change the state of an object. Slide triggers 'listen' to the state change and play the correct audio file.
