The requirements for viewing content are towards the bottom of this article. It'll mostly be able the browser and version the user is accessing it through, and whether you published for Flash, HTML5 first, etc. Also, you may want to ask your LMS team if there is a specific browser or set up that they'd recommend you use as well.
