The tab order created by default is random. I was trying to figure out if there is a way that storyline uses to create the order or does it create randomly.
The default Tab order typically begins with the first item added (not necessarily top left) - after that it works in a left to right pattern down the slide from that item. However in Storyline 2, 3, and 360 you have control over Tab order via the "Tab Order" option under the Home Tab
