Tab Order on Feedback Boxes not working properly

The tab order for Feedback boxes does not seem to work properly. The tab focus jumps directly to the feedback box "answer" and not the "title" (Correct, Incorrect, Try Again). The slide tab order setting has those objects set in the correct tab order, but the first tab option is always the text. You can shift tab to get to the title so the program knows it should be shown before the text object. Seems like a programming glitch. Storyline 360 - latest version.
