I saw today that SL3 now has the ability to create tables, and am waiting for IT to download the upgrade, so I start playing with it. Are each of the cells within the table their own item or will the table act as a single item. In other words, if I want the table to become interactive, will I need to insert a clear shape on top of the desired cell and assign a trigger/action to that shape or can I assign it to the desired cell itself?
Hey there Jeff! If I'm understanding your question correctly, the table acts as a single object, much like it does in PowerPoint. If you want to change the state of individual cells, try adding a clear shape on top of the cell, like you suggested.
