Hi,
For My course I am using the Unicode Font (Arial Unicode MS & Nirmala UI) for Tamil language. I have faced the problem in the published output.
The screen text properly displayed in the chrome (64.0.3282.186) and micro soft edge (38.14393.1066.0) bowser. But not displayed properly in the firfox (58.0.2)browser.
Enclosed the screen shots for reference.
FireFox:
Google Chrome:
Microsoft Edge:
Thanks!

Hari

Hi Hari,
What version of Storyline are you using? Do you notice a difference if you're viewing the Flash or the HTML5 output? Do you know what you're viewing in each browser?
Also have you uploaded this course to your webserver or LMS, or are you testing it locally? The latter is known to cause some odd issues during playback so I'd look at testing it within the intended environment.
Let us know any other information about the course creation that you can - and we'll continue troubleshooting from there!
Hi Ashley,
The course build in Storyline 3. For viewing the HTML 5 output in all three browsers.
The flash output is not running in the Firefox browsers other two browsers is working fine (Chrome & Edge).
I will view this course using the SCORM cloud and also locally check i got the same output.
Here is the SCORM cloud link for your testing.

Thanks Hari. So it's only Firefox +HTML5 and this Language font that doesn't display correctly?
Could you share a copy of your .story file with us, and the font? I suspect you may not want to share those publicly, so you can upload them to our Support team here.
Yes Correct!
I shared the story file and font for your reference.
