Team Members unable to see Team Slides

Feb 02, 2018

I have created some team slides and none of the team members are able to see them. They are saying that their folders are empty.  How do I fix this?

Hi, we have 2 out of 5 people on our team (in the same 360 Teams account) not able to see Team slides that we created.  I even created one myself, and my team-mate could see it but I couldn't. Any additional thoughts or experience with possible causes?

We followed the normal steps to create a shared Team project and slides. Thanks.

Hey Tim,

That is odd that you are not able to see your own courses. Just a couple of questions for you to see if we get things squared away:

  • Is it possible that you might be logging in under a different account?
  • It could possibly be that there is something amiss with your network endpoints. Some secure networks might block Articulate 360 services and prevent your apps from working as intended. We have a great resource that dives deeper into that topic: Articulate 360 Network Endpoints
