Team Slides Not Opening

Hi all,

I am having an issue with opening my Team Slides. I'd like to be able to use them so that I don't have to import my company's templates every time. Has anyone encountered an issue like this? Two images are attached.

Good day. This does look menacing.

 

It seems that the team slide is inaccessible on your end. Can you please check if your Network Administrator has whitelisted Articulate's Services and Network Endpoints listed here?

 

If this has been done and the issue persists, I suggest reaching out to the Support engineers. You can open a case here.
