technical problems

We have a Storyline 360 program that has worked well since March of 2021 but is suddenly having technical problems. For example, one on quiz slide, no matter which answer the users select, they get a gray box that says "Invalid Answer -- You must complete the question before submitting." Other users are having problems advancing beyond particular slides at all. They have switched browsers, but that has not helped. This is a fairly big problem for us.

Does anyone have any idea where to start on this?

Thanks for sharing those details. It sounds like learners are just now experiencing issues with a course published to an LMS back in March. Have there been any significant updates made to your LMS or company network since then?

I'd try republishing the course in the latest version to see if issues still appear. You can also share your .story file with our support team, and they can lend a hand with testing it in a different environment to help narrow down the cause!
