I apologize if this is an amateur question. I've mostly created my own custom slides, but I'm trying to use the templates now. When I add one to my project and change the "filler" content to my own, it isn't working (see attached.) It comes out as a garbled mess of letters. What am I doing wrong here?
Yikes, that certainly doesn't look right! Do you see a difference if you enable or disable Modern Text Rendering?
Just open your project, go to the Design tab on the Storyline ribbon, click the Fonts drop-down list, and select or de-select Use Modern Text at the bottom of the list.
