In Storyline ver. 1, I have various triggers on a slide. One of them runs JavaScript. In order to preview the story or that slide, I need to publish the Story each time since Storyline will halt when it tries to run JavaScript in "Preview" mode. Is there any way of selectably disabling certain triggers so that I can preview without having to publish first.
You could use a True/False variable with a default value of True. Attach a condition to the JS triggers to only execute when this variable is False. During Preview the JS triggers would then not be executed. Before publishing, set the default value of the variable to False.

Michael,
I'll try this. Thanks for your help!
I had done a quick test with this setup and it worked for me; during Preview the JS trigger was not executed.
Yep. That's the way I do it:)
Works great - a real time saver. Thanks again...
