Tempshare is designed solely for testing purposes and the links won't be valid after 10 days. Based on that set up, I don't believe it was designed with any type of particular compliance for security other than the fact that it creates a unique URL.
If you're looking for a hosting solution, you may want to look into more secure web server or LMS options that would suit your compliance needs.
