I just finished my first storyline 3 presentation. I uploaded the zip file to tempshare, and once it gets to 100% published, nothing else happens. I don't get a custom URL.
I used the prepare for web publish and included flash as an option.
After you published for Web, you should have seen the "Publish Successful" window. Did you click the Zip option? You'll want to drag that zipped file into Tempshare.
If you already followed those steps and you're still having trouble, I'd love to lend a hand.
With your permission, I'd like to take a closer look at your project file. I'll publish it on my side and try uploading it to Tempshare. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

It sounds like you're doing everything correctly!
