Just wondering is Tempshare is still active? The last couple of days I've tried uploading files (small - 10MB) and it uploads fine but gets stuck on Publishing 0%.
Hi, Pia -- Thanks for reaching out and sorry for your troubles! I have not had any issues using Tempshare recently, so would you mind sharing your file so I can do some testing?
Hi, Pia -- Thanks so much for sharing your file and I will test it out momentarily! And since you mentioned that it is just this course in particular, may I ask if you have tried importing the file into a new file to see if that addresses the problem?
Hi, Pia -- Ok, so it looks like I had no troubles publishing your file for Web and then uploading it to Tempshare. Please click on this link and let me know if it works for you!
Hi, Pia -- The only other thing I can suggest at this time is to possibly run through the troubleshooting steps listed here to see if you find improvement.
And if issues persist, it might be best for you to work directly with our Support Engineers for additional investigation. Please let me know if you decide to go that route, and if so, I'd be happy to submit a case on your behalf. :)
Thanks Christie :) I just tried SCORM Cloud as mentioned in a previous post and when I upload the file, it says 'ZIP file contains no courses' so something seems to be going wrong when I publish then open the ZIP file? If you could please submit a case, I'd really appreciate it.
Hi, Pia -- Sure thing! You case #00747774 has been created and submitted to our Support Engineers for additional review. If you do not receive the confirmation in your Inbox momentarily, please check your SPAM folder as it may have been routed there in error.
I plan to follow along with their progress and will share relevant updates here for others who may benefit, as well. :)
My pleasure, Pia, and I am just as curious to see what they come up with, as I can't say that I have personally seen this kind of behavior before! :)
One more thing you could try in the event that this issue is being cause by file corruption is the following:
1) Open this folder in Windows Explorer: %appdata%\Articulate\Storyline
2) Scan the contents of this folder for a file that starts with the name of your project. If you find one, copy it to your desktop. If you find more than one, copy the latest version to your desktop.
3) Change the file extension of the copy on your desktop from *.tmp to *.story.

Hi Christie, Thanks for testing! Yes, I've republished it a couple of times and saved it as a new file. Neither work :(
Hello again :) - Yes thanks it works, but unfortunately all the fonts are distorted (because of the custom fonts I'm using) and it becomes unusable.
I can't figure it out! Argh!

4) Double-click the file to open it in Storyline.
And you may already be working locally, but for good measure, please see this article for our recommendations on how to Create, Edit, and Publish Articulate Storyline Courses on Your Local Hard Drive.
