The file limit is 500MB and HTML5 only output from SL3 or SL360 is not supported. Outside of those limitations, if you're publishing to the web, it's usually pretty good. Have you tried in a different browser? If you need us to take a look, you can share your .story file. I'd be happy to see if I can upload the file for you.
