Hoping you guys can provide some much needed insight to our test issues. I created an EKG test with 80 questions in the test bank with a 50 question random draw. 85% passing score.
After running reports it shows the answers counting twice...some incorrect, some correct. It has even changed grades based on duplicate question answers.
At this point we are still baffled. Has anyone else seen this occur with their LMS and the use of a test bank?
I'm curious if testing in another LMS environment would show the same behavior. Could I have you troubleshoot in SCORM Cloud and keep us posted on your results?
Yes. I have tested the file in SCORM cloud without any issues. When we run our Test Analysis reporting is where we are seeing the issues of counting correct or incorrect questions twice. We've been trying to nail down that it's an LMS issue for a year now without any results. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this issue.
