I have a storyline course with a 15 question test at the end. We are allowing 3 opportunities to pass the course and then they must have their supervisor notify us (so the staff member is coached).
I set the retry quiz to disable after 3 attempts (which it does) and added a comment to speak with their supervisor.
How do I reset the 3 opportunitties to allow them additional tries? I added a trigger on the Exit Course to reset the count variable to 0, but it doesn't work. HELP!!!
