Editing this because I think I made the question way more complicated than necessary:
I have created an assessment using video recordings in Test Mode. What I've noticed is that, on any slide involving a hotspot, the rest of the space is considered a wrong answer (for example, if a Save button is designated as the correct hotspot, clicking anywhere else on the screen would be considered incorrect). This creates a bunch of scoring issues, because we can only allow 3 attempts per question.
Do I need to turn something on/off, so only the hotspots will be submitted?
