Test Must Equal 100% to Pass

I am working on a module where the user must answer 10 of 10 questions
correctly to pass the presentation. How do I go about setting up a variable
where when all ten are answered correctly the user is navigated to a "Congrats, you passed" slide ; and a variable for navigating to a "Sorry, you did not pass" slide, when less than ten are answered correctly? Help please! Thanks
