we have a customer that needed a course with 5 chapters. Each of these chapters has five questions, so we have a total of 25 questions. The Results Slide in the end, includes all 25 questions in order to get a passing score of 70%. But in our testing we had inconsistent results. For example, we answered 19 correct answers out of 25, which resulted in getting a score of 50%. With 20 correct answers out of 25, the result was a score of 100%!
That's a strange behavior. I would suggest you to test your course on LMS (if you've not yet) or test it on SCORM Cloud.
It's difficult to tell the errors without checking the .Story file. If you've the built-in result slide with required triggers, I don't see any reason why this happens so.

have you checked that all the quiz questions have the correct points and all have a 'correct answer' selected in the form view?

Thank you both for your prompt replies. We had already gone through testing it on Scorm Cloud and the results were the same.
And that is because Wendy got it right. For some reason we managed to have some questions with zero points inside our tests. Embarrassing... :)
