Is it possible to integrate characters during my test period? When I click on one of the few characters which are available for the test version, the download starts and when it ends, a orange question mark appear. If I click on the character again, it is always the same procedure.
The limited number of characters that are available during the trial period should be fully functional. I built an entire test course during my trial period, which included several slides using Brandon as my character and it all worked fine.
Are you able to share a copy of your Storyline file here so that other people can have a look and provide advice? The bottom line is that it should be working OK.

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know what you are seeing when you work with characters.
I'd start by having your IT team ensure that the network endpoints and ports here are enabled.
If you're still having trouble after that, I'd invite you to work with our Support Engineers to dig a bit deeper into your system setup.
