Testing the ability to print a certificate - can't get last question submit to advance to results slide

Hi there

I had this working, but then the Results slide was corrupted and not showing my resultpercent variable, so I followed a discussion that suggested I rebuild it.

Now after question 5 it doesn't go to the result slide, I am sure it is something small as I see the Results slide is at the top of my story view and not under question 5, but I just can't see what it is anymore...

I just need this as a template to insert when students do a course on our external site, I need them to print something as they are not in our LMS.  File attached - I am sure for most this will be a quick fix...I hope...
