make sure your DPI setting is 96 and you're working locally and not from a usb or network drive. Here are a few other posts about the issue and I know it has been logged
it happened to me when we were using a custom font and it still hasn't been fixed
Let us know if you still need assistance after reviewing the information Wendy shared, and it would be helpful to take a look at a .story file then. You can share it here using the "add attachment" button.
I have seen this it seems font dependent (arial seems to be worst offender), probably worth opening a case, I don't think there is anything you can do to fix it.
Thanks Archana, and I see that Karla reported this to our QA team for additional review, and offered a potential workaround in regards to the font size that you could use. We'll keep you posted here and in the case with Karla once there is any additional information to share.

HI Wendy,
Please check the DPI settings of my pC, the issue didnot get resolved, And i have not used a custom font. Its Arial, can you please suggest.
As Ashley said do you want to share your story file?
Hi Wendy,
As I cannot share the project file, I am sending you the file with the similar kind of issue with some Lorem Ipsum text.
Please check and the red color text has some spacing issue.

Similar kind of issue with the other fonts.
Hi Archana,
Did you submit a case here as Phil mentioned? If you have can you share your case number so that I can follow along as well?
Hi Ashley,
Here is the case no: 00469400.

Kerning might help in some cases.
